Dear Leaders - Staff, Committee Chairs, and Board of Trustee Members,

I would like to convene a LEADERS SUMMIT on Sunday May 4th at 1PM.
To:
  • Establish a 2008-2009 Calendar of major events (e.g. Retreat/Auction/ Teachers Training/Special Holiday Worship Services/ ...) and requested repeating meeting times.
  • Hear simple reports from each Committee Leader and Staff member that relate: 1. Accomplishments, 2. Strengths, 3. Struggles of the Committees

Leaders would be expected to come prepared to schedule all the major events that their committee orchestrates and prepared to give their simple report.
If a leader is unable to attend, they are welcome to send a representative, but please make sure that you or your committee are represented at the summit. Please RSVP.
